Processing time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery — Belgium Standard delivery within 2–3 business days via bpost or DPD. Free shipping on all orders over €100. Orders under €100: shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery — Europe Delivery within 3–7 business days depending on the destination country. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery — Rest of the world We ship internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.
